The INV-HC278 series is specifically designed for demanding hydrogen peroxide biological purification processes. These probes are suitable for various applications, such as isolators, VHP transfer hatches, and indoor hydrogen peroxide sterilization. The INV-HC278 hydrogen peroxide probe is capable of measuring vaporized H2O2 concentration and dew point values.  

H2O2 measurement determines the vapor concentration of H2O2 by comparing the readings of two composite humidity sensors. The probe is easy to install and features a plug-in M8 connection. Digital and analog output options include an RS-485 interface for Modbus communication.

H2O2 measurement technology, with excellent long-term stability;

Vaporized H2O2 measurement range: 0 ... 2000 ppm;

Dew point value (T) measurement range: -5 ... +60 °C;

The design allows the probe to be directly installed in the process environment. When powered on, the probe can withstand H2O2 and H2O condensation;

The probe can also be used in a nitrogen environment;

The sensor protective cap filter is designed to accommodate high airflow rates;

Digital output: RS-485 interface for Modbus communication.

Easy to insert, or fixed installation.

Calibration can be conducted using a standard hydrogen peroxide steam environment, or it can be connected to a calibration platform for calibration, adjustment, diagnosis, and temporary online monitoring
