Cleaning workstation

This equipment system is primarily used for the automatic cleaning and drying of large-scale equipment such as hoppers, liquid medicine containers, and cage racks in the pharmaceutical production process. This cleaning station can meet the cleaning and drying requirements for hoppers, containers, and cage racks of different specifications, making it an ideal equipment for pharmaceutical companies to perform automatic cleaning and drying of large-scale equipment, containers, and cage racks. It is also widely used in the biopharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries. This machine consists of a cleaning and drying chamber, pump station, air handling unit, electrical cabinet, operation box, and other components. The cleaning, drying, and cooling of equipment are automatically completed according to the system settings. During operation, equipment is manually pushed onto the cleaning workstation, and after the automatic cleaning, drying, and cooling processes are completed, it is manually removed and sent to an intermediate station for storage, ready for production use.


Product characteristics of cleaning workstation

1. HMI: Display program parameters, operating status, time, temperature, pressure, and other information;

2. RS232 port: It can be connected to a printer to print out the cleaning process, and it allows for program uploading and downloading, facilitating fault diagnosis for engineers and programming for users. PC programming can also be used

3. Equipment monitoring, which can provide monitoring of control parameters such as conductivity, pH value, temperature, dry temperature, and TOC separately;

4. Work program presetting: Multiple recipe programs can be preset for customers to choose, edit, and use, and it also features a standard Ethernet network connection

5. Drying system: The specially designed internal chamber hot air drying ensures complete drying of the complex internal chambers of the device. The drying air is filtered through two layers, respectively meeting Class F and HEPA H13 standards, with an air volume of up to 1000MCH, ensuring the cleanliness of the drying air;

6. Water source: It can be connected to three types of water sources: deionized water, purified water, and injection water. According to the program design, water is introduced from different sources to accelerate the cleaning speed and save energy
