The biological safety inflatable sealing door is primarily utilized in rooms with airtightness requirements in high-level biosafety laboratories (BSL-3, BSL-4, ABSL-3, ABSL-4). It addresses the airtightness issue of the door. The biological safety inflatable sealing door is classified into single-airbag and double-airbag models. Notably, the double-airbag airtight door features an on-site airtightness self-checking function.


working principle

The working principle is as follows: When the door is opened, the inflatable sealing strip deflates and contracts into the groove. When the door is closed, the electromagnetic lock of the door engages, and the inflatable sealing strip inflates and expands, forming a tight seal between the door and the door frame. The biological safety inflatable sealing door adopts a fully stainless steel seamless welding structure, which is resistant to corrosion from disinfectants such as formaldehyde, vaporized hydrogen peroxide, and gaseous chlorine dioxide. It can be used independently or in multiple sets, and can be controlled by single or multiple interlocking doors, making it safe and reliable.

3. The number of inflation and deflation cycles for the inflatable sealing rubber strip: >10,000 times;

4. Air tightness: It can maintain the air tightness of the enclosed space under a pressure of +500Pa, with a leakage rate of less than 0.25% vol/h;

5. Safety redundancy: Both sides of the airtight door are equipped with emergency stop buttons and manual air release valves, which can effectively prevent the airtight door from being unable to open due to electrical or pneumatic circuit failures;

6. The stainless steel plate thickness of the door body shall not be less than 2.0mm, with a firm structure and a structural pressure resistance of ≥2500Pa;

7. Corrosion resistance: Made of high-quality stainless steel, it is resistant to disinfectants, cleaning agents, and acid-base chemical reagents;

8. Equipped with electromagnetic locks, it can achieve the function of mutual locking between two doors;

9. An access control password device can be set up according to user requirements.
