
A biosafety cabinet is designed to protect the operator, the laboratory environment, and experimental materials, such as primary cultures, bacterial and viral strains, and diagnostic specimens, from infectious aerosols and splashes that may arise during the handling of these materials. There are three main categories of biosafety cabinets: Class I, Class II, and Class III, to meet different biological research and epidemic prevention requirements.

It meets the requirements of Class II biological safety cabinets classified as Type A2 in accordance with the YY0569 standard of China's SFDA and the NSF/ANSI49 standard of the United States. It is a vertical laminar flow negative pressure model, with 70% of the air being filtered and recycled, and 30% of the air being filtered and either discharged indoors or connected to an exhaust system.
High-quality HEPA or ULPA filters equipped with "zero leakage" patented technology are installed in both the air supply and exhaust systems to ensure compliance with cleanliness levels of ISO5 (Class 100) or ISO4 (Class 10).
The double-layered box with negative pressure surrounding ensures no pollution leakage. The entire working area is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the one-time molding of the round corner liner enhances the self-cleaning function.
Equipped with a SUS304 all-stainless-steel liquid collection tank with a capacity of more than 4 liters. The isolation operating surface is designed with a 10° tilt, which is more ergonomic and provides greater comfort for the operator.
The sliding front window adopts an imported suspension lifting system, and uses safety glass thicker than 5mm, which can be freely lifted and positioned, with reliable performance and maintenance-free. After sealing, it is convenient for sterilization treatment.
The front suction inlet adopts unobstructed air return technology. The detachable circular arc handrest reduces operational fatigue and facilitates handling. The fully Chinese-language human-machine interface allows for easy operation with just a touch of a button.
The LCD screen displays in real-time parameters such as descending wind speed, suction wind speed, filter service life and blockage alarm, fan operating status and fault alarm, as well as real-time monitoring and display of the unit's operating time. The front window opening height limit audible and visual alarm system is linked with the lighting control.
The lighting and sterilization system is equipped with a safety interlock system. The work area is equipped with safety power outlets and various air pipe connection valves for the convenience of operators.
The imported intelligent automatic air volume compensation system for fans ensures that the change in fan air volume is less than 10% even when the resistance of the filter increases by 50%, thereby enhancing safety.
Strict leak detection for HEPA/ULPA filters ensures that the leakage rate of scannable filters is less than 0.01%, and the leakage rate of non-scannable filters is less than 0.005%.
