The INNOVE cell therapy isolation workstation is also structurally composed of a transfer chamber and an operation chamber. The transfer chamber serves as a small isolator, achieving Class A cleanliness within two minutes of startup. A dust particle counter and a planktonic bacteria collector continuously monitor the environmental cleanliness. Once Class A cleanliness is achieved, the transfer chamber door opens, and samples and reagents are transferred to the operation chamber via an electric tray. The entire cell production process is completed with the assistance of built-in instruments such as a CO2 incubator, microscope, centrifuge, and cell counter. The entire process is monitored and data collected through a SCADA system to ensure traceability.
