1. The INNOVE-DTR VHP generator utilizes a unique low-temperature flash evaporation technology to fully vaporize 30%-35% of hydrogen peroxide, which is then distributed throughout the sterilization space for sterilization.
2. The INNOVE-DTR VHP generator utilizes a unique saturation control technology to monitor the hydrogen peroxide saturation in the sterilization process space in real-time during the sterilization process, ensuring that there is no risk of liquefaction throughout the entire sterilization process.
3. The INNOVE-DTR VHP equipment utilizes a Siemens PLC control system, which automatically controls the operation of the equipment through real-time feedback from temperature, humidity, and hydrogen peroxide concentration probes. There are two sterilization programs: the LOG sterilization program and the concentration/time sterilization program. The sterilization program can be selected according to different requirements. Additionally, three safety protection parameters are set during the sterilization process: initial temperature, initial relative humidity, and sterilization process saturation,
These three safety parameters can ensure that the entire sterilization process does not liquefy.
Sterilization cycle: The sterilization cycle is carried out in the following stages, which are divided into three stages

Disinfection and sterilization technical scheme

Connection of control system and pipeline
During the entire sterilization process in the VHP sterilization room, it is necessary to control the inflation and interlocking of two fans, two air valves, and three inflatable sealing doors. This system controls the sterilization process
In the control system integrated with the VHP generator, centralized control is achieved.
● The air valve and control circuit need to be connected to the generator.
● For fans, the air volume of circulating fans should ensure the air change rate of the space, while the air volume of exhaust fans should ensure that the exhaust time is not excessively long. The wind pressure should ensure the efficient intake of fresh air.
The connection between the INNOVE-HVAC VHP sterilizer and the sterilization chamber is made using stainless steel pipes with flanges, and a 304 stainless steel quick-connect flange interface needs to be installed at the position indicated in the room diagram.
The air inlet and return air outlet of the sterilization room must be made of 304 stainless steel, and the door of the sterilization room must be airtight to prevent VHP gas from leaking into the external area during sterilization.
Appropriate power sources are required near the air valves, airtight doors, and VHP generators. Both airtight doors and generators necessitate the use of a clean compressed air source

Debugging and verification
After the on-site renovation and equipment installation are completed, engineers conduct equipment debugging on site. Once the debugging is finished, they proceed with sterilization parameter development and sterilization effect verification. verification
Including the system's FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ
When verifying the sterilization effect, the following methods are used:
a) Biological indicator: 6LOG thermophilic fat bacillus (ATCC12980) for verifying sterilization effectiveness
b) Chemical indicator: Verify the distribution of vaporized hydrogen peroxide
c) Monitor VHP concentration using a VAISALA hydrogen peroxide concentration probe
d) Monitor relative humidity and temperature using VAISALA relative humidity and temperature probes
e) Low-concentration hydrogen peroxide probe: detects hydrogen peroxide leakage during the sterilization process and tests for residuals after sterilization is complete
