Sterilization principle and characteristics
The Innovate-600 hydrogen peroxide sterilizer adopts a unique low-temperature flash evaporation technology to vaporize 30% -35% hydrogen peroxide and quickly distribute it in the sterilization space, achieving surface sterilization of the space. The overall equipment is made of stainless steel material, with a smooth surface and no dead corners, meeting GMP requirements. User friendly interface, simple and easy to operate, allowing users to quickly master operational skills. The sterilization program is fully automatic process control, which can monitor the temperature and humidity, hydrogen peroxide concentration in real time, and calculate the sterilization effect based on real-time parameters. The equipment can execute 6LOG sterilization program, 12LOG sterilization program, and concentration/time program, with diverse choices to meet the different needs of customers. The sterilization process adopts dew point control method to ensure the vaporization state of the entire sterilization process.

The sterilization process is divided into four stages:

Preparation: Before starting sterilization, the equipment automatically determines whether the sterilization conditions meet the requirements for sterilization start-up, that is, if the temperature is greater than 25 ℃, RH%<50%;
Balance: The VHP generator begins to generate hydrogen peroxide vapor and circulates in the space until the preset concentration or saturation is reached;
Sterilization: The equipment begins to record the sterilization effect until the preset sterilization time is reached;
Residual discharge: After the sterilization process is completed, the equipment automatically enters the residual discharge stage, and the air conditioning system operates in ventilation mode to discharge VHP from the sterilization space,
Until the required VHP concentration is reached or below.
