Principle of Innovat-EN II Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Generator

InnovateEN II adopts low-temperature flash evaporation technology to achieve complete vaporization of hydrogen peroxide;

Adopting process saturation control technology to achieve non liquefaction and non condensation throughout the sterilization process;

Process monitoring parameters include: temperature, relative humidity, hydrogen peroxide concentration, and vapor saturation;

The adjustment parameters include: flash evaporation temperature, circulating air volume, and sample addition rate of peristaltic pump; The safety control parameters include: hydrogen peroxide concentration, saturation, and residual hydrogen peroxide concentration.

VHP generator and catalytic degradation integrated machine make sterilization more convenient and efficient.

The sterilization process is divided into four stages: initiation, equilibration, sterilization, and degradation

Startup: Before starting sterilization, the equipment automatically determines whether the sterilization conditions meet the requirements for sterilization startup, that is, temperature ≥ 25 ° C, RH%<50%, and if the humidity is high, it will automatically dehumidify;

Balance: The VHP generator begins to generate hydrogen peroxide vapor and circulates between the chamber and equipment until the preset concentration and saturation are reached;

Sterilization: The equipment starts recording sterilization data until the preset sterilization time is reached;

Degradation: After the sterilization process is completed, the equipment automatically enters the degradation stage and begins to catalyze the degradation of hydrogen peroxide vapor inside the equipment and chamber until the set peroxide level is reached

Hydrogen concentration.
