Biosafety laminar flow transfer window

The biosafety laminar flow transfer window is a clean room auxiliary equipment primarily used for transferring small items between clean zones and non-clean zones, or between clean rooms with different pressure levels. On the one hand, it functions as an airlock, preventing the high pressure in high-level clean rooms from being released. On the other hand, it achieves self-cleaning during the transfer process to ensure the cleanliness of the items entering the clean zone and reduce cross-contamination caused by objects. Its air shower time can be adjusted arbitrarily according to manual switches, maximizing self-cleaning and energy-saving effects.

Stainless steel frame: Made of 304 stainless steel, it features an inner and outer double-layer shell. The interior is surrounded by rounded edges to ensure seamless connection, making it resistant to wear and corrosion, and easy to clean. The surface can be wiped with water or alcohol, resulting in a smooth, dust-free finish that does not accumulate dirt. All welds are continuous, and all connections are sealed;

Interlocking door: Utilizes visible safety glass; High-efficiency filter: Adopts H14 liquid tank type high-efficiency filter, achieving a filtration efficiency of 99.997% at 0.3um. It features a laminar flow design, with airflow directed in an upward supply and downward return pattern. The bottom is designed with a 304 stainless steel plate punching, and reinforced ribs are incorporated; Fan: Equipped with a built-in centrifugal fan to ensure effective air circulation within the chamber;

Operation panel: Adopt SIEMENS or other brand operation panels for program control and operation status monitoring;

Pressure differential gauge: A pointer-type pressure differential gauge is used for pressure monitoring at both ends of the high-efficiency filter (measuring range: 0-500Pa, accuracy: ±5Pa);

Electromagnetic interlock: Equipped with a built-in electromagnetic door interlock, ensuring that only single-side door opening operations are allowed when the equipment is powered on and in use;

Inflatable sealing ring: Inflatable sealing rings are installed on both sides of the door for sealing. After the door is closed, it automatically inflates to ensure the sealing performance of the cavity;

UV lamp: The chamber is equipped with a UV lamp, which has the function of UV disinfection for the items inside the chamber.

Instructions for using the disinfection detection port

1. Close the pass-through window door on the operation interface;

2. Connect the inlet of the disinfection tube to the disinfection inlet, and connect the outlet of the disinfection tube to the disinfection outlet;

3. Turn on the fan on the operation interface and set the air shower time, preferably longer than the external disinfection time;

After the entire disinfection process is completed, the disinfection effect of the internal cavity or pipeline can be detected through relevant instruments and indicators.
