Biological safety airtight transfer window

The biosafe airtight transfer window is primarily used in rooms with airtight requirements in high-level biosafety laboratories (BSL-3, BSL-4, ABSL-3, ABSL-4) to address the airtight issues in logistics channels. Both doors of the airtight transfer window employ a mechanical and inflatable dual sealing method to ensure the airtightness of the logistics channel. Specifically, the door panel of the transfer window is equipped with a high-elasticity sealing ring and an inflatable sealing ring, which, through a compression mechanism, form a double-layer sealing strip between the door and the door frame. As a device for transferring items, the transfer window is mainly used for the transfer of small items between low and high contamination probability areas. Its dual doors feature an interlocking mechanism to prevent direct communication between different areas. Additionally, it is equipped with a VHP disinfection and sterilization interface, which can be used to connect VHP disinfection and sterilization equipment to perform surface sterilization on items inside the transfer window, effectively reducing contamination during the transfer process.

1. Temperature environmental adaptability of mechanical devices and rubber components: -40°C to +50°C;

2. Structural compressive resistance: ≥2500Pa;

3. Air tightness: The internal chamber of the transfer window should maintain air tightness under a pressure of -500Pa, with a leakage rate of <0.5% vol/h;

4. Self-purification capability: After starting the self-circulating fan, the cleanliness inside the transfer window can meet Class A purification requirements;

5. Sterilization method: VHP sterilization can be applied to the internal space and items of the transfer window, and the sterilization effect can be verified;

6. Corrosion resistance: Made of high-quality stainless steel, it is resistant to disinfectants, cleaning agents, acids, alkalis, and other chemical reagents.
