Principle of action

The INNOVE-SCT sterile transfer chamber is used for biological decontamination treatment of the outer surface of materials to prevent contamination from entering Class A/B critical areas from non-classified areas/low-level clean areas. It can be used for various clean and dry items that need to be transferred in sterile production, such as packaging materials, outer packaging, instruments, raw and auxiliary material outer packaging, accessories, environmental monitoring equipment, etc.

The INNOVE-SCT sterile transfer chamber utilizes vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) as a biological decontaminant, effectively eliminating fungi, bacterial vegetative forms, spores, viruses, and more

Microorganisms such as mycoplasma. VHPS is a decontamination process that operates at low temperature and atmospheric pressure, featuring broad spectrum, high efficiency, and environmental friendliness;

The INNOVE-SCT sterile transfer chamber is automatically controlled by a SIEMENS Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for each stage of operation, ensuring stable and reliable system performance;

During the biological decontamination and exhaust phase, the air introduced into the chamber is filtered through an H14 grade HEPA filter to prevent contamination of the materials;

The INNOVE-SCT sterile transfer chamber features an independent ventilation and residual gas removal unit, including a fan, pneumatic ball valve, and exhaust pipeline, capable of rapidly replacing the oxygen in the chamber

Hydrogen gas is generated and prevented from entering the HVAC system. The inlet and outlet are designed as double-leaf doors with pneumatic sealing, pneumatic locking, and mutual protection between the two doors during operation Lock function;

The interior of the transfer chamber is polished, welded, and filleted in accordance with GMP requirements;

The INNOVE-SCT sterile transfer chamber is equipped with a trolley-type material support and its track system, facilitating material loading and unloading; the system is capable of monitoring the humidity and temperature within the chamber Real-time pressure monitoring function;
