Class A laminar flow hood

The Class A laminar flow hood is an air purification device that provides a local Class A clean environment. It primarily consists of a box body, fan, high-efficiency filter, flow equalizing membrane, lighting fixtures, etc., with the shell made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel. This product can be either ceiling-mounted or floor-supported, featuring a compact structure and ease of use. The Class A laminar flow hood can be used individually or connected multiple units to form a strip-shaped clean area, and can be equipped with glass doors and hard partitions to create ORABS. The laminar flow hood passes air through a high-efficiency filter at a certain wind speed to form a uniform flow layer, ensuring that the clean air flows vertically and unidirectionally (airflow speed: 0.36m/s-0.54m/s), thereby maintaining the required cleanliness level in the work area for production processes.
