The negative pressure weighing chamber is a specialized local purification equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing, microbiological research, scientific experiments, and other similar settings. It provides a vertical unidirectional airflow, with most of the clean air circulating within the working area and a small portion being expelled to the background area. This creates a negative pressure in the working area relative to the background area, preventing cross-contamination and ensuring the safety of the clean environment and personnel within the room.


Product Principle

Principle of negative pressure weighing room: The negative pressure weighing room adopts a vertical unidirectional airflow organization form. The return air is filtered by primary and medium-efficiency filters, then inhaled by a centrifugal fan and provided with pressure to be discharged. After entering the static pressure box, it passes through a high-efficiency air supply filter. 85~90% of the air is evenly distributed by a flow equalizing membrane to form a uniform vertical unidirectional flow and is sent into the working area, while 10~15% of the air is discharged into the background area through the top exhaust vent.
