
The Bag-in-Bag-out (BIBO) filter box is a safety protection filtration system, typically connected to an exhaust system to prevent the leakage of harmful pollutants. The fully enclosed Bag-in-Bag-out design provides a safe and reliable way to replace filters, effectively preventing secondary air pollution. Air tightness: The entire box body is fully welded and has passed tests under pressures of -1000Pa and -2500Pa, meeting conventional pressure resistance tests and complying with JG/T497-2016 "High Efficiency Exhaust Filtration Devices". It has obtained a type test report from the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Air Conditioning Equipment.

Protective Sealing Bag: Each access door of the bag-in-bag-out filter box is equipped with a protective bag, which is approximately 2 meters long and comes with a full set of banding safety devices. The replacement of high-efficiency filters is carried out inside the protective bag to prevent the air inside the chamber from coming into contact with the outside, thereby protecting the safety of operators and the environment.
Installation method: The standard installation method is horizontal installation in a lying position. Depending on the on-site situation, vertical installation or other installation methods can be chosen.

Bag-in-bag-out filter box (hereinafter collectively referred to as BIBO) adopts a fully enclosed bag-in-bag-out design, which can effectively isolate radioactive gases, pathogens, and toxic chemicals, providing users with a safe and reliable environment. The bag-in-bag-out filter box can effectively prevent secondary air pollution and ensure the safety of operators. With a modular design, compact structure, and easy transportation, it adopts a building block-style stacked installation design to meet the requirements of large-volume air filtration. It can be stacked up to 3 layers, effectively saving space. The box body is sturdy and has strong pressure resistance. The box body is made of 304 stainless steel or high-quality cold-rolled steel (electrostatic spraying), with a maximum resistance pressure of 2500Pa positive pressure and 3000Pa negative pressure. The filter replacement is simple, using quick-pressing to compress the filter, reducing the steps such as tightening bolts, facilitating operations inside the bag, and ensuring the reliability of compression. Equipped with an auxiliary moving device, it is convenient for filter replacement. Optional filters include high-volume or PTFE high-strength filters, which are impact-resistant and prevent filter damage. The box-type filter can achieve a maximum air volume of 4000CMH,
The maximum efficiency of PTFE can reach U16 (EN1822).
